As part of this year’s Satyrykon 2026 edition, special awards were also granted, which—like every year—constitute an important and distinctive element of the competition.
These distinctions are an expression of recognition for works that particularly attracted the attention of the jury and the sponsors. It is within this space that bold, unconventional pieces often emerge—works that address current issues and comment on reality with the characteristic distance and insight of Satyrykon.
The special awards highlight the diversity of the submitted works and the wide spectrum of artistic perspectives—from reflective and symbolic pieces to more direct and engaged commentaries on contemporary life.
This year’s edition confirms that Satyrykon remains a meeting place for many sensibilities and artistic languages, and the awards granted are the best proof of this.
